What should I bring?What should I bring?
We supply a completely outfitted kitchen. You will find beds made, bath towels neatly folded, and the unit thoroughly cleaned when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in our unit for your clothes, and we supply enough laundry soap to wash several loads, dish soap, garbage bags and paper towels.
Rental Policies?
We can sleep up to 6 people in the unit. It’s ideal for a couple, family with children, 2 couples, or a family with a grandparent. No smoking in the condo; no pets allowed.
Key Pickup and Return?
At Sanibel Accommodations, 2341 Palm Ridge Rd., Sanibel, FL 33957. If you arrive after the office closes at 5 pm or on Sunday, your key will be in the lockbox. The combination is on their confirmation you receive. Check in is after 3 pm, and check out is at 10 am generally.
What is the view from the unit?
We have a Gulf view on the third floor with a fully screened in balcony. From either the living room or master bedroom you see palm trees, nature pond, beach and the Gulf. Our building is about 120 yards from the beach along a grassy path. We get afternoon sun , and the sunsets are breathtaking.
Where is the unit located?
The address is 2445 West Gulf Drive. Nearest intersection is West Gulf Drive and Tarpon Bay Road. Our unit is number D32.
Where is the nearest airport?
The closest airport is Ft Myers, Regional SouthWest (‘RSW’). The drive from the airport to the condo is approximately 45 minutes. There is a $6 toll bridge to cross into Sanibel, no cost to leave.
