Just let me know. PAYMENT... How much does it cost? Prices Total price is base rate (above) for the condo and 11% tax. There are no additional surcharges nor resort fees. Deposit? For your credit card safety, call my rental manager, Sanibel Accommodations and specify you are reserving D32 Pointe Santo. Their telephone number is (800) 237-6004. Please call in your deposit within 5 days after I confirm your reservation details with you. They accept all credit cards and personal checks. 20% deposit (peak season) or $400 (low season) due at time of booking. They will send you a confirmation and a rental agreement.
Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival for 1 week rentals. Cancellation Policy? Travel cancellation insurance is available from Sanibel Accommodations as an option which protects you in the event you cancel. Without cancellation insurance, cancellations with 90 or less days notice receive no refund unless all reserved days are filled with a substitute rental at the same rate.  How far ahead do you suggest? Peak winter (Christmas-Easter) often fills up a year in advance. Summer fills up after spring break. Flexible arrival-Departure? During the non-peak times we are happy to start and end any day with a 7 day minimum. For Peak season, check in starts on a Saturday, check out the following Saturday. We will work with you on your budget.
